Reports that tell you something
A default QuickBooks file will give you a profit and loss statement. We customise the form templates and reports so they answer the questions you actually ask — where the money went, what a job cost, which customers are slow to pay.
We reconcile as we go, so the reports are built on numbers that tie out.
Training, and choosing your entity
We train you or your staff on the parts of QuickBooks you will actually use, rather than all of it.
We also advise on business structure — sole proprietorship, partnership, LLC, S-Corporation or C-Corporation — because the right entity changes how your books and your taxes should be set up. It is easier to get this right at the start than to unpick later.
